Hotels on management basis

Delight Group takes hotels, resorts, homestays and agro-tourism properties on a management basis. Our team runs the property day to day, from the front desk and housekeeping to the kitchen, purchase and accounts.

We start with a property audit and a 12-month business plan agreed with the owner. From there we set up the team, SOPs, pricing, OTA listings and reviews, and report every month on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, costs and guest scores.

Owners choose the model that suits them: full management, revenue and sales management only, pre-opening support for a new property, or a fixed-term consulting review.
